New start, new blog
I'm not abandoning LJ entirely, it's just not the platform I need it to be right now. So I have started a new, more academically-focussed blog over at keletkezes.wordpress.com. I will be cross-posting here in whatever way I can find to do so.
For those unaware, I have applied and now had an offer through to start an MA by research in Russian Studies at the University of Nottingham, my 'home' Uni (my home department even!). I will be looking into the impact of mid-1980s politics in Soviet Russia on Russia's premier heavy metal band, Ariia's, first album, Megalomania.
