Connection update.
Internet will now not be working until the 4th September, thanks to PlusNet 'losing' our order. Idiots. We're claiming a month back/free, as that's how long we'll have been without Internet (technically just under, but it's inconvenienced us).
Still, it's the only real problem (caused by them) we've had with it in the year we've been with them, making them better than ex-NTL by a long way. Doesn't help with Matt's jobseeking efforts...
