(no subject)
Lets see... my life has changed so much in the past month or so. I realize I haven't updated anything real since before the wedding, so here goes: (the shortened version)
The wedding was AMAZING. Pretty much the picture-perfect weekend. Besides Al passing out on the altar during my song... but that almost made the weekend better. I honestly don't know if I've ever had a better time-- between the family being there, all Scott's friends, plus almost all of my favorite friends were there too. And now I have a sister, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Just happiness all around.
Once I got up to Midland, my car died. Engine threw a rod. So, I bought my grandma's car. It's pretty nice, the drivers' window rolls down... so that's a bonus. The next week I dropped my phone in the toilet (sober), so I had to buy a new one-- it's pretty ghetto but it works.
Cinderella went really well. Huge turnouts, the cast did really well... leading up to it was a nightmare, but the actual run of the show was something I was really proud of.
I won a Luau party at Rum Runners, which was pretty fun. Went up to Mt for some shenanigans as well.
Full Monty is going awesome. I'm having a really great time.
Last week we took Nick up to college. He's been gone almost a week-- I can't believe it.
Saw Hairspray this weekend... AMAZING. I have a huge crush on Zac Efron (well not really, but Zac Efron as Link. He's not as cute in "real life")
Mere got a job down here in Lansing, and just moved in to her apt. I'm so excited.
... so that's basically what's been going on. ♥
