You know how Ive been talking about needing some spice in my life...
well last night was just the night
So there I am sitting at home last night just got back from the mall, planning on playing a little N64, or maybe some scrabble with the sister
BUT THEN
amber calls me "hey, do you want to go clubbing?"
Do I ever...I love dance clubs more than anything...and I am the person to call if you wanna do that
So we came up with a plan basically to go to hartford and wing it. Im not even 18...let alone 21...so I asked my sister if I could borrow her id...she looks like me, and shes 24...
but its not like amber and aubrey are even 21 anyway.
So we get to hartford...find The Bar with No name...Amber and Aubrey are freaking out..."lets go home, lets go home this wont work" and I convince them to put 5 dollars under their ID...and Ill just get in with my sisters ID we basically thought 100 percent that it wouldnt work...but I guess just try it.
So I go first...Im in...I look behind me...and holy shit amber and aubreys bribe has worked...and their in. So yeah, those rumers about sneaking into clubs by bribing the guy...totally true.
So wow, cool club. Dancing upstairs, live music downstairs, a patio...
So...I havent had any alachol since the summer...and If Im going to break my fast on alachol...last night was the night. So yep, had a couple drinks at the bar...
So the night was going by...eventually I got completely split up from amber and aubrey...
So there I was Dancing, and basically just wondering around doing whatever.
So no joke...Paula from the real world was there and I talked to her...not even kidding. I saw her in front of me and it took a second to click who she was, but then I realized it was her, and I poked her on the shoulder and was like "are you the girl from the real world?" and she was like "yes" and I was like "thats cool"...and that was that....but HOW RANDOM.
OH...I forgot to mention the part where I bumped in to my old dance teacher. Actually when we were waiting in line he saw me and was like "arent you a little young to be here?" I couldnt believe the coincidence.
I saw him again upstairs and talked to him for a bit...it was so weird.
But anyway...so there I am all bymyself in a 21 + club...mingling...dancing and yeah...no dont get me wrong. Im not stupid. Even when Im drunk im not gonna go grind with some 30 year old gross man. I actually avoided dancing with any guys whatsoever. I just stayed up on the little platform thingy.
So I talked to this guy Rob from glastonbury. He was really nice all I remember about him was that he told me he had mr hoiness as a math teacher too. But im pretty sure he was ligit nice, he wasnt like trying to hook up with me, he just saw me standing there by myself and he talked to me.
I live for the strobe light/techno/ amazingness, and thats basically what it was. That was the most fun ive had in SUCH a long time...and It was totally worth it.
The band downstairs was really good too and that was really fun to dance to also.
...and all the while
and...I saved a bird, and Im pretty proud of myself, not to change the subject randomly.
But yeah all I can say is that this was amazing fun
