Thank you! It's nice to write beautiful fanfiction, especially since that seems to be difficult when regarding the Winchester boys.

This makes me squiggle, because it's often hard for me to write Dean, since his character is a lot more complex than most people would believe. Especially since the writers often gloss over him to focus on Sam and his demonic "gift."

You're welcome! I love the idea of Dean singing to Sam, but I especially enjoy the thought of Sam hearing all classic rock songs slightly off-key, because he's used to them like that.

The beautifulness is distinctly lacking from this fandom. Which is sometimes good, as I don't think overdosing on fluff would be healthy for the boys; but this was a lovely balance showing how they care about each other.

I seem to find Sam harder to write than Dean, but you captured both of their thought patterns and their interactions with each other beautifully.

Right. One of the reasons I love it so much when Dean or Sam get emotional is because it rarely happens on the show, so it means all that much more.

Same here. I have to keep him from becoming overly whiny, while keeping Dean from being overly simple. It's a headache, really, but I still love them both for their complexities.

I love it that the show's writers allow the boys to cry occasionally without overdoing the emoness. I think most people would have kept Dean strong and silent and not able to cry, so the contrast makes him more human, and more broken.

There can never be enough Dean singing to Sam, especially considering he chose to sing Queen. You should alway sing Queen when you're feeling down.

They go through a whole hell of a frickin' lot, though, so I'm glad that they're able to feel. Plus, they sort of have to be tough around people because of their job, you know? I mean, 20+ years of what they do, and they can't just be breaking down all the time.
