Unexpected response
I sent an email to BBC Kids (a TV channel) via a webpage asking if they were planning to carry the new season of Doctor Who. I was a little surprised to get a non-canned response today. It is nice to get a reply, and it is even better when an actual person actually answers your question. It took a week and a half but I won't complain about that, I am willing to wait if it means a real answer. Of course the answer was basically 'we don't know yet', not as positive as I would have liked, but better than 'no'. They said they would forward the suggestion on to the programming department, so hopefully the squeaky wheel will get the grease.
