my perfect man
So, I know I posted a similar one of these a while back, but I am updating, partially thanks to Singles Awareness Day (aka Valentines Day), which of course made me think about all those sickeningly sweet couples out there together and my own long term singleness. The search continues...
Physically -
around 6 feet tall, give or take few inches...i like being tall, so a super tall guy would make me feel short and booo on that. i usually wear heels so that evens me out with a 6 footer.
just give me a guy who is muscular, but not overly, and in shape. great shoulders and those hip/side stomach muscles are hot as hell too.
must have longer/shaggy hair...i CANNOT handle not having hair to mess with. its one of the first things i notice on guys, and almost every guy looks better with their hair like that.
as for hair color, i don't really have a preference, although i've almost always dated blondes.
eyes....i love eyes! any color as long as they are pretty, but i tend to go for blues or greens.
I need someone who....
makes me laugh, first and foremost. thats a deal breaker. ask any girl and she will tell you that she would rather have a guy who makes her laugh over a brad pitt look alike anyday....i swear. so if you can't make me smile and laugh, see ya.
will do random, crazy, spur of the moment stuff with me...i hate planning.
will have an original nickname for me like kumquat...not babe, baby, sweetheart, honey, etc....bleh.
knows what he wants out of life, or at least has an idea of goals he would like to accomplish, places to see, the lifestyle he wants, and so on.
loves animals...i am very passionate about them, and ive been a vegetarian for 11 years now...never dated one, but that would rock. someone who loves music is a necessity too.
is romantic, and not in the traditional, take me to dinner, buy me a dozen roses way. thats boring. suprise me, be unique. pay attention to the little things and small details to get ideas.
has his own ideas and beliefs about politics, religion, etc. and feels strongly about them. even if they're not the same as mine. believe in what you believe in, hear what others have to say and see their point of view, but don't float from side to side on issues or be easily persuaded. and make sure you know WHY you believe in something, be able to back it up.
i can trust.
will challenge me and help me grow and learn and become a better person.
will try new things in all areas of life.
is a sports freak like me....i like to play and watch just about all of them, so i need someone who can keep up with me.
will open up to me...i don't care if a guy is shy or outgoing, as long as he is real and honest with me.
will call me out when i say/do something stupid, but not make me feel stupid about it.
is reliable...if you say you are going to do something then do it. i have better things to do with my time than wait. when it comes down to it, its really about respect.
has substance...if all you are is a pretty face with no depth, don't waste my time.
is passionate...about art, music, politics, whatever...just be passionate about something! its sexy.
will do thoughtful things like take out the trash or make my morning cup of coffee for me...its the little things that count.
will wrestle and play fight with me. i won't break...promise.
will have water gun fights with me, play video games, go to the airport to watch the planes come and go, ride bumper cars....silly fun things like that.

i am extrememly silly and goofy. i laugh at myself and love to make other people laugh as well, so i dont want someone who is serious all the time. let me be crazy and join in on the fun.
i love water and spend lots of time in the shower, the pool, the rain, and want to live by the ocean, so if you aren't a water freak like me, you may not see much of me.
if a guy can cook...wow! i eat constantly, but definitely can't cook, so maybe thats why its impressive.
