So...minimum working temperature for general work in nontemperature controlled rooms is 16 deg C right?

Yes. Where on earth don't you have that level of heating? Did they forget to turn on the boiler at Pin again?

Hahaha, unless they've moved them, the heating controls are the arcane system of buttons and valves next to the door on the right. But it took me and Bill hours of prodding to make it work.

yeah its still the same system...i gave up attempting to get it to work after a few minutes...kudos for trying it for hours.
