the scottish invasion of 7-11
i saw a horse driving at frederick & north rolling today.
i kid you not. i was in the left turn lane, and someone honked, so i looked over to my right. and there was a white pickup, and the driver was wearing a horse costume. like a big horse head. and the passenger was like "ALRIGHT THUMBS UP HORSESYEAH."
and then i went to 7-11 to pick up snacx for my mom while she's off her feet, and the guy behind me was definitely scottish.

bearded 7-11 man: "that's $2.71. out of $3.00?"
me buying milky wayz: "right, thanks"
scotsman: "couldja take care of mah red bull? i'm poor!"
me not understanding accents: "i'm sorry?"
scotsman: "mah red bull, couldja pay for it? i'm poor!"
me: "oh, i've only got a dollar left."
scotty: "that's alright! a dolla's better than nothing yknow!"
me: "oh. sorry..."
scotty: "or yeh could just give me yer phone numbah!"
