Report from the weekend! (With pictures!)
Since I was working at the con/fair (I will hereby refer to it as a fair, since there isn't much going on besides selling stuff), I didn't have alot of time to hang by the actors booths, even though me and my partner in crime Christer did manage to talk to Guy Siner enough for him to find us really, really weird.
Day one I didn't go over to Joe Flanigan's table, since the que was way too long. Instead me and Christer harrased Guy Siner, as we are huuuuge 'All 'Allo fans. I did mention that Helga was my favourite, Guy's reply? "You, get out." ;) So after that Christer tried to make me apologise a few times. Didn't work though. I'm not much for apologising for myself.
By the end of the day we learned that the Dutch Gang was going to eat at the local pizzeria with Guy, so we joined in. Guy was sitting at another table, so I didn't speak to him, but the we had a fun time with the crazy Dutchs (and a few Germans).
Day two was less hectic at our booth since there were less visitors, so me and Christer harrased Guy some more. I managed to get to try his hat! (I'm not all too sure I should be happy about wearing a hat with the Nazi symbol on, but since it was Guy's, I guess it's ok?). We chatted a little and then I headed over to Joe.
I find it really sad that these fairs do not have Q&A's, I would've loved to hear both Joe and Guy talk about their shows; Guy for the hilarity and the crazy things the cast must've been up to and Joe for, well, ATLANTIS!
Joe was really nice, I wasn't nervous at all (I think that has to do with me feeling as if I worked there, it usually calms my nerves, rather than being just a fan, IDK) and I asked him if he'd been out int he snow yet, which he hadn't. I said that playing in the snow is the only thing it's any good for (I really hate this cold) so I hoped he would have time for it later. I didn't take any pic with him, but I've heard from people that he was really nice and of course, as always, very good looking :)
