The last scene? were her eyes dies when House is an ass and just wants her boobs, it's just such an amazing scene. Her eyes just show so much emotions. I was totally blown away, and yes, i was crying too. There was so much emotions in that scene, with Cuddy trying so desperatly to get some sort of reaction from House, who is just too scared of all of this (my opinion) so he just acts like an ass instead.

Dr. Cuddy: You're still here because you have the hots for me.
