"We apologise for the roller-coaster of emotions that registration for AT4 generated yesterday and any confusion which the wording of your confirmation of application for tickets may have caused. We certainly did not mean to mislead or upset anyone. If we did we apologise. The system was designed to ensure that we could not over sell the event but would collect peoples details for a waiting list. In this respect it succeeded. However the notifications at the end of the process were easily misunderstood, an error that we will be correcting for the future.
We are writing to inform you that there were a number of duplicate registrations which were not initially apparent to us. The Reg Team have been working flat out to fully compile the reg list and after several hours of verifying completed registrations and removing all the duplicates from our list, we are thrilled to now be able to offer you the tickets that you originally requested.
If you wish to take up this offer you need do nothing at this time. Kay will contact you sometime next week with a link to where you can pay for your weekend tickets.If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to attend the event, please could you let us know as soon as possible so that we may offer the place to someone else. We do hope that you can join us in November
