(no subject)
Matt and I need to figure out when we are doing this house warming party thing. The house is a good size for us but not big enough to have a ton of people over at once. Maybe we will have to invite people in shifts. Hehe. I don’t know. We need to get our shit together and plan something though. Too bad it isn’t spring so we could just rent some tables and stuff and party outside. We will have to do that regardless though.
We were looking online last night through Help Wanted ads and he found a bunch of jobs that he is going to call on. He already had an interview at Colonial Dodge for a sales position and hopefully next week they will call him back for a second one. I found another sales assistant job that pays between $15-20 an hour. That fucking rocks! I am going to call it and see if I can set up an interview. I know I said I wanted to get out of this kind of job but that’s a lot of money!! Especially since Matt hasn’t worked at the yacht club since New Years. Not because he has called in or anything, but because they are slow again since the holidays are over and wont pick back up until the weather breaks and the harbor opens up. So wish us luck on the new job things!
……………I just got an email from the owner of the company announcing that there will be a new General Manager at my work. Which means that Sue will no longer be my boss. How sweet is that?!!!??!!?? I am so excited. But I will still be looking for another job just in case things don’t end up changing around here. I know I am not the only one excited. Craig is happy too. So are all the sales reps. Maybe now I can get my raise. We’ll see I guess.
