myspace and a one person party
Hey you all. Add me on your myspace if you have one. My screen name is katiegram or give me yours and I'll add you tonight. I've been updating it for the first time since 2004. The picture quality and quantity has improved since then. Keith doesn't have a myspace yet but when he does I'll let you know.
Last night I went to the Montpelier Food Lion. Now there is a gym, a nail place, and a Chinese restaurant added to the brand spanking new Montpelier strip mall. They need a bar badly. Maybe the Chinese place has a place to sit in a row and speak loudly and enthusiastically about party stories.
ANYway the purpose of this entry is to tell you I had themes of this grocery trip of anything that tastes of blueberry and a variety of beer and of course: chips and dip. Two bags and 3 jars should do it this week. When I was checking out the cashier was ringing through the beer and she asked if I WAS THROWING A PARTY. I said, "Noooo, just me, whenever I am home it is a party."
For Mom's day I picked up mom and went to the Rivers Inn at the York River yacht club. George Dubya was across the street at Jamestown so I avoided the interstate of minivans and soccer moms and drove through lots of farms and country stores. The restaurant was extremely nice with views of boats and the river but they hired a guy to sing country songs with a guitar on the outside deck and it completely killed the yacht club atmosphere. What did you all do for mother's day?
