Okay, so the repair people? Rock so hard I can't see straight. I have my computer back already. They sent a pre-paid DHL box to pick Zelda up (meaning I had to do nothing but schedule a pickup), and then overnighted her home again. And she's all nice and fixed, and they sent me instructions on getting a new battery. I need to see if it's still in warranty, of course, but.
