So, contrary to my expectations, that was about the easiest most pleasant interview I've ever had. The lady was really nice and even conversational at times. First there were the basic interview questions and then a few about the Christian faith and 1 or 2 about Lutheranism in particular. Why are there denominations? Cause the Catholics back in the day were crazy, not particularly kind, and were selling penitences (basically promising people a place in heaven or at least a bit of time off the amount they or a relative would spend in purgatory. Don't get me started on purgatory!)There were a few other things, but this blog isn't particularly about religion, and while the history aspect is a bit interesting, I'm no historian. Back when I actually considered myself a real Lutheran (which didn't last to long) I was actually a bit proud of the fact that Martin Luther was pretty much the first guy to stand up against the Catholics, or at least made a pretty big impact. Anyways, I wouldn't be surprised if these people actually tried to recruit me.
