Random randomness of the day
I am missing half of my pinky fingernail. I accidentally sliced it off while shaving. Mental note: don't start thinking about other things when you have sharp objects in your hand, especially if they are close to flesh. Oddly enough, that fingernail is now growing super fast. I've already had to trim the jagged edge of the remaining nail again, and I lost it on Wednesday. The flesh underneath the nail reminded me a great deal of brains when it was raw and bloody. It is healing wonderfully quickly. This is happy. But it still looks like it belongs in a horror movie. I don't think I could do makeup as good as the real thing. I wonder why we even have nails?
