8 dl half soy milk half water
6 dl flour
1 generous dl sugar
1 dl porridge oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 dl oil

Mix everything except flour in a bowl, add flour while whisking, then pour into a deep baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook in oven at 225C till golden brown.
