I had a happy birthday today!
Um, yes, I'm officially 16. It is not too difficult so far- I've hardly done anything productive all day. Just sat around admiring my new books (which mom took me to pick out yesterday,) bag (from Aunt Stacey and Uncle John- it is Very Fashionable! :O,) monies (yay for relatives sending checks) and ice cream (hey, what beats ice cream as a birthday treat?)
I have yet to eat my cake, despite the fact that it is 10:38 PM. Instead, I have snacked on frozen Snickers bars. Nutrition!
I am thinking that I'll have a tea party or something to celebrate, on some later date (oh god no that rhymed.) Only I'll probably forget all about it until it's, like... October. Then I'll be all "well, it is not a birthday anymore" and just drink some tea anyway.
