i've just been thinking a lot about myself and how i need and want to change myself; my friend gave me these "self help" books so i'm reading those gosh i'm such a dork
and what hurts me the most is when i look at other people in the media or in real life and i find myself wanting to look like them and it kills me that i'm not happy with myself and i'm so sorry i'm just sorry i need help
