I have helped a classmate get an internship at the same time and place as my own. I thought she seemed capable and nice and also she has the same education I do. I regret it already. She now recommends another classmate - a close friend of hers - to take over after us. How do I tell the boss this is a bad idea without upsetting Classmate?
