on friday, the 26th, i went to see karen. it was the day before her birthday, so i figured i'd give her a visit, and we had fun. i cooked some really good food for us even though i dropped the pan and dumped the chicken all over the floor once. it was altogether a good time. fo' real. the next night, joe, dan and i played video games on the giant tv in the student center, and i played some guitar as well. then we started playing ikaruga and it ruined our lives.
sunday karen came to the dorm so i could give her her real present - a handmade glass flower. some kid jess knows made it, and it was really cool. all fancy with colors and twists.
now today i have a lot of work to do before 2. for the living history experience this weekend. i'm scared, i have to live in the 1870's and i'm afraid.
