This week has been a very sucky week. :(

Let's just say that numerous cups of tea were consumed to calm my poor nerves - DAILY. Tea could stop wars, yo.

On th plus side, I went to see Slumdog Millionaire, which is an amazing movie. What really managed to surprise me, though, was how quickly it could swing from chilling violence to light-hearted comedy. It was a bit disconcerting. Reviews have pegged it as the "feel-good movie of the year!" but I definately didn't come out of the cinema feeling that. That is not to say that it's bad - I just feel they marketed it wrong.

Looking above, actually, I feel like I'm coming off as qute negative, but I really cannot reccomend this film highly enough. I just felt that I went in a bit naive of what I was actually about to watch. Also, Ryan Ross was right, at the end of that rollercoaster ride of emotion the last thing you expect to see is a camp synchronised dance routine. Kudos to the cast and crew for that!

This weekend will consist of the following: sleeping, eating, more sleeping, writing for reel_merlin  and sleeping.

Of course, for every sucky week there's someone else out there who's having one that's even suckier. While I'm in that somber mood let me express my deepest condolences to Kim Manner's family - he will truly be missed. My thoughts are with Jensen and Jared, and everyone on the Supernatural set for the loss of their friend.

I'm sending good vibes to everyone right now - can you feel them? :)
