This apartment complex was originally built in an overhaul of Pleasantview I began and abandoned, built specifically with the Caliente sisters and Don Lothario in mind. It was later relocated to Riverblossom Hills to house spares, and now it's available for your sims' pleasure!
Downtown Flats isn't the biggest and laggiest lot I have for download, but it will probably need a fair amount of power to run smoothly. I've never had a problem with it, though.
Front view. Note the large common area, including swimming pool and hot tubs. Playtesting has shown that your sims' guests will occasionally go swimming rather than knock on their door, and the narrow porch tends to lead to a bit of queue stomping. However, each apartment features its own balcony and lots of natural light provided by many windows.
Top-down view of the bottom floor. Now, I'm not brilliant at making floorplans--that's something I've been working on--and you might be able to tell from this lot. Each floor looks just the same as this. One of the middle floor's suites has two single beds instead of a double one, intended for the Caliente sisters, and the top floor has a suite decorated in red instead of green, intended for Don Lothario. Otherwise, the three floors are pretty much identical.
On this bottom floor, the room with the treadmills is an indoors common area. Because it has TVs, it is also a vacuum for guests and residents of the complex. In the two floors above, that long, thin room is attached to the apartment suite.
Each suite has two bedrooms (except for the cheapest one, which has only one bedroom) and one bathroom. It won't hold a large family, but there's room for one or two children! The kitchen is combined with the living room, and as I mentioned before, each suite has its very own large balcony.

*I am not sure how to go about ascertaining which expansion packs each lot needs. Based on looking at which furniture and building materials I used, I listed the ones I noticed, but it's possible I missed some that you'll need to install the lot. If it doesn't work, let me know and I will work with you to try and get a basegame version of the lot available.
Also, if you know how to figure out which expansion packs a lot needs, please let me know how to go about it!
