Kei's Birthday Weekend [Oct 19th - 21st]

Oct 04, 2007 18:00

Okay, so my birthday is coming up in a few weeks, and since I'm at that age where people don't typically throw me parties,  the responsibility to throw one myself has to be done.  So, for those of you curious people, here is the info on the 'events'.

Friday, Oct 19th:
More of a stereotypical party on this evening.  Cake, Ice Cream, bad movies, opening gift stuff, ect.  This will be at my new apartment, and I'm not sure if dinner will be provided yet, since it depends on my cash flow, but cake and ice cream will be served.  For anyone that is coming from out of town, please let me know if you are needing crash space so you can also do Saturday's stuff, so that crash space can be arranged.

Saturday, Oct 20th:
During the day will be just sort hang out, relax and enjoy company.  That evening, we will meet up at Kei's place near dusk and trek out to Waxahachie for "Scream's Halloween Theme Park" in the tradition of Kei's birthday being celebrated with  screaming, horror, and fear, as it should be.  Tickets for Screams are $20.00 at the door, but I know I saw some discount coupons near the information booth at the Union @ UNT, and I'm sure they can be found at numerous other places.  We will try to carpool there, so if you need transportation, please let Kei know, so he can arrange for rides.

Sunday, Oct 21: [Kei's Actual Birthday]
I'm thinking we might try one more haunted house on Sunday, but that's sorta iffy right now, since that's a lot of money to spend in one weekend.  So it might just be a day of relaxing and cute women giving Kei massages [Hint Hint]. =)

Gifts:
I've already been asked about this, and frankly, I don't know what I want.  Think Geek stuff is always cool [ala Comter's titanium spork from last year], as well as computer stuff, and I'll NEVER turn down cold, hard, cash =).  But seriously, they're always appreciated, but not mandatory [Though I tend to light up like a kid at Christmas, so I at least try to make it worth it =)]

I think that's it.  If you have questions, e-mail me at keiichi@keiichi.net.  Also, if you know you are going to attend one of the two nights, please RSVP so I have an approximation on how many people are coming.
