I should have listened to my mother...she was right!
Wow, I really should have listened to my mother and not played with fire. Today when I was working at a burn I picked up a piece of woood to make sure it didn't catch on fire. However little did I realize that the bottom of the wood was already lite. I was lucky enough to have my leather gloves on, so they got a little chared. However I could feel the heat through my gloves. I didn't realize it till later but the heat actually blistered part of my thumb. I've learned my lesson, make sure to turn an object over before picking it up to toss it out of the way.
