It's often been said that there's no better training for extended incarceration in a federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison than the governorship of Illinois. By which I mean I say that a lot. Because Illinois governors go to jail and get their salad tossed a lot.
Today, my governor was taken into federal custody for putting Barack Obama's vacant senate seat up on eBay***. A+++++ would buy from again.
Given that Blago is a) still the governor and b) a total prick, he's probably going to appoint Larry Craig to fill the senate seat. It'll be his last official act before Patrick Fitzerald lets the Sisters pop his mancherry.
