Remember this? Jiao Zhi

Well, I tried it yesterday, but took a slight short cut, I bought the skin instead of doing the skin myself.

here's the result:

I still have some left in the fridge and loads of dumpling skin left.

can wrap somemore after chinese new year. maybe you include some mushroom in there. For this time round, only include leek, tomato and minced meat.
