Behold, fans of Kate Smith, no longer do you have to spend hours pondering what that glorious creature is up to, you can now just say "Hmmm...I'll check out her LJ" YES.
Friday~School was just the same ol', same ol'. In Dance 1 (a.k.a HELL ON WHEELS) we're currently darting around like frightened rabbits practicing for our recital on May 19th [at 7:30! Bring your binoculars because I'm way in the back!], not a fun task I can tell you that much. In Foods & Nutrition we made strussle (German pride :-D), 'twas quite the dream treat! I made some for Katy Scott and I stood outside of her art room waving my arms around like some crazed football fan trying to get her attention, but she never saw me. I felt quite awkward indeed, so I just gave it to this lone hungry passerby. Then I went home and watched Dr. Phil and Oprah. At 7:30 Jessie picked me up and we went to Danielle Nickel's birthday party which was a lot of fun. Everything was Strawberry Shortcake, I love that scented little woman. We watched the Sandlot which has to be the one of the best movies ever, ohhh <3Mike Vitar<3, shiver me timbers. Anne Roxas made me a oragami swan out of tissue paper which I keep dear to my heart. Then Jessie drove me, Carolyn and Kristen home around 11, I watched some TV and went to bed.
Saturday~I basked in the glory of waking up late, it was beautiful. I went online and watched some of my Freaks & Geeks DVD which remains one of my most beloved television shows ever. My father brought home some KFC, and then me, Carolyn, Jessie and Clara went to the mall. We mostly hung out at Gadzooks (R.I.P. buddy, you were good while you lasted) since they're having this major final sale. I bought two pairs of earrings for really cheap, and then I got antsy so I headed to the Disney Store while the others continued to try on their plethora of clothing items. Then at 9:00, we headed over to Kirsten's Wigwam where we scarfed down some delicious breadsticks and kind of watched Harry Potter and some of When A Man Loves A Woman. Kirsten made an effort to call John Stevens, that beloved red-headed fiend from American Idol, but alas, it didn't work. At 11 or so I went home, talked online for a while and then watched Mr. Deeds because that Adam Sandler just drizzives me wild.
Sunday~I went on this Crop Walk for my church to help raise money for farmers in Bolivia or something. I spotted old Susan right away so me and her just walked and talked together for two miles raising that money. It was the most physical activity I have done since The Sheltron Era last year in gym. Your welcome, farmers. Good Lord, some Einstien in my family decided to bring our dog Rudy so that little pup was making quite a scene! After the Crop Walk I did some major homework action and then had some delicious grilled cheese at that palace of an establishment PLATO'S. Well, Desperate Housewives on tonight! SCORE!
