so earthlink charged my account 170.95! despite the fact that on 10/12/07, "ALLEN" and I agreed that I would only be charged $50.00. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH THAT EARTHLINK IS EVIL AND SHOULD BURN IN HELL. i have never been this angry! Of course, when i call to complain, i spoke with "Sherman" who kept reiterating the policy of early cancellation fees blah blah blah. I asked to speak to the manager. No one there can make a decision as everything is automated. Eventually I had to hang-up after being on hold for 30 MINUTES! I'm beginning to believe that justice will not be mine when it comes to them. maybe i should cut my losses. EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THEY STILL HAVE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION. i cannot even begin to tell you how much time I've been spent on hold with EArthlink. I think I will send them a bill (after I look at my tmobile account) for the time I've been on hold, for the days I waited while there was a service outage and for the entire day of work I missed WAITING for them to HOOK UP MY SERVICE. I HATE EARTHLINK.
