I actually don't have a weird obsession with bunnies. Really. I can see why people might start to get that impression though.
Hey, it's funny. And, a
bunny rabbit with sharp pointy teeth is a very sweet condolence present when your mom calls you to tell you that you dog has died, and he was the perfect addition to my growing
menagerie of plushies.
Then, of course, other people decided that my
alligator slippers were getting a bit ratty and bought me
bunny rabbit with sharp pointy teeth slippers.
Then, I did some shopping over the summer and saw some Happy Bunny pajamas on sale. And yes, cheerful yellow pajama bottoms that say "I hate everything!" are definitely a necessity.
This would all be fine and dandy, if it weren't for the fact that my notorious dislike of playing video games has been conquered by the Wii game, Rayman's Raving Rabbids. What can I say? They're hilarious, and there's something cathartic about slamming doors on bunnies, hitting bunnies with shovels, throwing cows, watching bunnies explode, and slapping bunnies that sing off key. (Yes, I have violent impulses.) Not to mention, the rabbids go, "DAAAAAAAAAAH!" which I find very amusing. Considering the popularity of the viral ads for
Raving Rabbids 2, I'm not the only one who finds it amusing.
