It seems that a few of my previous requests were forgotten.
Whether or not you plan on ever lifting this block on everyone's abilities, Cynthia Velasquez needs her chip put back in. She does not remember what happened to her for the duration that it was out, nor does she need to ever experience it again.
If you cannot do it, then give me the means and I will do it myself.
A word on Reavers. It seems that some of you remember them, but I know that there are likely to be many who do not. The Reavers are humans native to the 'verse I call home. The reasons why are unknown, but each one has been driven to madness. They are highly aggressive, and will not hesitate to hunt down any living thing they see. Especially if their targets decide to run.
They have a habit of self-mutilation and their skin is covered in radiation burns, making them easy to spot. They do not have any powers to speak of, but adrenaline prevents them from feeling pain and they are unhesitatingly brutal in how they hunt, fight, and kill. Do not let their savagery fool you, they are just as intelligent as a normal human. They are fully capable of using weapons, strategy, even complicated machinery. Anything to help them catch their target.
Do not let them catch you. Do not let them follow you back to the shelters.
Avoid the edges of the city and the forest unless it is absolutely neccessary.
