starting out

Well on Thursday i realized that i m really unhealthy. I am not as active as i should be and i dont really like that all to much. With that in mind i decided that i should come up with a work out schedule that i would actually want to do and have fun with it, so today i have done it. Its not all that great and i no with in a month or so i will change it to more and harder stuff to do. So with out any a do here is my new baby that i m going to try and stick to it :
Sunday
300 sit ups
Yoga
40 push ups
75 squat wheel kicks
Work on leg muscles

Monday
250 sit ups
25 push ups
Yoga
50 squat wheel kicks
Karate

Tuesdays
250 sit ups in the morning

Wednesday
250 sit ups
2 mile run
75 squat wheel kicks
Work on leg muscles

Thursday
300 sit ups
35 push ups
Yoga
50 squat wheel kicks

Friday
300 sit ups in the morning

Saturday
2 mile run
35 push ups
Yoga
50 squat wheel kicks
250 sit ups
Work on leg muscles

So lets hope that i will be a good little girl and stick to it.
