...is coming out in October and is said to include a fully co-op campaign. This campaign can be played with another person, or with an AI persona standing in for the other person if you so choose.
The factions seem pretty well designed and balanced, from what I've seen and played out in multiplayer. Unfortunately, the beta has no 'get used to everything before you're set against people who already know what they're doing' sort of sandbox mode, which makes getting used to things somewhat pressured. But it's fairly intuitive if you've played any of the previous games, so it shouldn't take long to fully acclimate to the new build mechanics.
Rants and reviews aside, excellent game, definitely going to go pre-order when the option becomes available.
