Mini Road Trip
So it's been a week and I feel guilty.
So yesterday I went to Great Lakes Crossing with Ashley and Cody. We made it there without getting lost! We took the wrong exit though but we were only off by like one little thing.
We walked around the stores and went into Sports Authority where we tried like every sport possible from golf, to laccrosse, to hockey and then Ashley almost lost her camera. When we left Sports Authority she noticed her camera was gone and so we went back to Sports Authority and there it was under the hammock that she fell off of. Then we walked around some more before we went to see a movie
We saw Lady in the Water because Cody said he wouldn't go out to the mall if we were to see John Tucker Must Die. So it was actually pretty good. I didn't expect a scary movie but more of like a thriller and it turned out how I expected. The previews made it look totally different than what it turned out to be. I got in for free cuz of the American Eagle thing but I'm still glad that I went.
After that we went to Steak n Shake where I ordered so much food cuz I hadn't eaten anything all day. It was amazing! And we saw this lady with a ginormous hat and we kept laughing and I took a picture of it on my phone. It didn't turn out so well but I didn't want to put the flash on because that would be totally embarassing.
Then after all that it was time for GameWorks! We wanted Dave n Busters originally but they won't let kids in without an adult. It's such crap but we got over it. We played this race car game a buncha times and then this one balloon shooting game which was total fun. I saw that she had the Tower of Power which is my favorite game at Dave n Busters and it's so easy to hit the jackpot there so I tried it at GameWorks. I kept getting one below or above the jackpot. But finally on my last like 5 credits I hit the jackpot of like 240 and I was so happy. I ended up cashing in all my tickets and getting a Superman stuffed animal thing!
I was so thirsty after that so I was like I wonder if there is a 7-11 around here. So we go to Steak n Shake and ask for directions. Cody has a good idea to ask through the drive thu. Well we went there and we ended up just asking inside because we felt totally stupid in the drive thu. So the lady gave us the directions and we tried to follow them but no luck. We got lost. So we're like whatever and we get stuff to drink at a gas station and then we finally head home.
