All right!
Listen up and listen good, you sick freaks! I don't know what kind of stupid joke you bastards are trying to pull, but it ends here, right now!
[For those nearby, in the forest Kiba and Hinata have found themselves in, they might be able to hear or even witness the heated broadcast first-hand. Otherwise, their voices and an

Don't worry, Kiba-kun, we will find him.

...Akamaru's got to be around here somewhere, right? He has to be.
[His grimace turns in to a full-blown, frustrated scowl as his hands clench into fists.]
Dammit! Where the hell are we, anyway?

[Which shouldn't be a problem given their team's specialty.]

[He needs something to yell at, anyway. Needs an excuse.
He watches her activate her bloodline, and he follows suit, channeling more chakra into her nose-though his sense feels clouded, like he was having allergies or something. He takes a running start, climbing up the nearest tree trunk and landing on one of its higher branches to get a better view. His eyes scan around the forest floor, his nose is finding absolutely nothing.
Completely useless!
He waits for Hinata to follow, ready to take off once she lands. He finds this whole situation disturbing, and he doesn't like it one bit.]
How far can you see?

This is-- [Pause. How can she even put it into words?] This is very strange. It's as if there's something hindering me to see further. Something beyond the forest. [It's the place's barrier.]
Reply
...Like a person, or what? Some kind of jutsu?
Reply
It looks more like a-- a barrier.

[He jumps to another tree branch.]
So someone's trying to keep us in?
[Or something else out.]
This is a bunch of bull. How far can we go before we run into it?
Reply
[She looks up and follows the direction of the enclosed barrier on the opposite side.] However if we go this way, it seems to be nearer. But there are various monsters guarding the forest the deeper I see to it.

[He all ready knows the answer to that. He grimaces, biting his lip as he forces himself into some poor semblance of calm. Think, Kiba, think. If Akamaru was here, where would he go?]
He'd stay away from anything he thought was dangerous, unless he had to. [And as much as he wants to search every corner, every nook and cranny, he's not about to put Hinata into a dangerous situation if he can help it-not if there are other places to search first. And if Akamaru was close, he'd try to track them, too. Shouldn't lead him into a viper's pit. He'll come back later himself, by himself if he needs to.
Sharp nails digging into his palms, he grimaces.] Which way's the clearest? We'll go that way.

Smiling gently as if to mirror his grimace, Hinata points at the first direction she mentioned to him.] This way would be the best one. I will fill you in the farther we go and-- and the farther I see. [She has already promised to herself that she'll also look out for her teammates. No matter what.]

After some time, his eyes refocus and he looks over his shoulder at Hinata. His eyes narrow at the wings, though his own are tucked underneath his flak jacket he had found beside him upon waking. And that in turn reminds him of the uncomfortable knot in his back. His feet hit a thick treelimb. Hard. A frown tugs at his face, and his eyes are momentarily concerned.]
Those wings aren't bothering you, are they?
Reply
They aren't. [This time, she's the one who glances at his concealed wings.] How about yours, Kiba-kun?
Reply
[He snorts, flinging himself out and upwards, catching the next landing spot.]
Figures the idiots wouldn't give us ones that actually fly. That might actually be useful.
[When he finds out just who or what is responsible for this, he's going to kick their asses and then some. Wings? Really, guys, really? Tacky, good-for-nothing bastards. They didn't even have style.]
Reply
I don't see any reason why they- they would give us flightless wings. [Is it some form of identification for whoever kidnapped them? Hinata knows she will never be able to fully realize the reason if they don't actually get to see their captors, though.]
