One week and counting...

Exactly one week from now, I will be at home, unpacked, and ready to start the next chapter of my life. I have decided that I will spend the summer working at Giant Eagle, or elsewhere if I can manage to find another job in West View. I should be able to pay off my bills completely by late July early August. In the meantime I will get my license and depending on how much I'm making at my job (if I can get 40 hours a week) possibly get a cheap POS car by the fall. I'll be headed back to CCAC in the fall to take courses for a 9 credit Child Care diploma so that I can get a full time job working at a day care or as a nanny. Then I will return in the cpring to study Child and Family Studies so that I can get certified and be able to work with children of different ages on different levels. For the first time in a while I'm excited about where things are headed for me. I love working with children, but had nixed the idea of teaching a couple years ago because of various reasons...this way I'll be able to work all year round working with smaller groups of children and I'll have a better chance of finding work.

On a different subject. I really don't understand men....they're confusing to me. That's it...bottom line. If any men care to fix that, let me know.
