Well, there's a variety of possibilities.

You could be targeted, in which case it was just something to keep an eye on you. WHY you're targeted I can't tell you.

On the other hand, it could just be scouts, and they fixated on you for... whatever reason. If it's constant, though, I'd say you've been targeted. Possibly for destroying their scouts.

Yes, that seems to be the one shining positive to this.

I could always use stress relief, after all. It's troublesome when you have to generally make yourself not use it. Gives me a headache after a while.
