07x13 Spring Flower Bingo - 3x Blackout
At first I didn't know if I would be able to fit a fic in so few characters, but then I started and couldn't stop, it was so much fun, lol. I made three blackouts, on cards A, C and E.
I randomized the characters I currently write for, so this is mainly Legends of Tomorrow (9x) but also The Wilds (4x), Leverage (3x), Star Trek Picard (2x), The 100 (2x), Infinity Train (2x), and The Magicians, Avengers: Endgame, Arrow, Stranger Things and Dark Matter each 1x.
Card A
1. Stock (beauty everlasting, joyous life, lasting loving bond) / Legends of Tomorrow
No matter how long Laurel hadn't seen Sara, every time she came back they immediately clicked again, talking for hours about her adventures with giant Beebos or Fates controlling the world. It was the one constant she could always count on. (240 characters)
2. Freesia (sweetness, innocence, thoughtfulness) / Infinity Train
Listening to Hazel talk about Tuba in that sweet, innocent and yet immensely thoughtful way of hers, having to face the reality that it was her fault that Tuba was dead woke up emotions in Grace she thought had been dead for a long time. (237 characters)
3. Lilies (purity, refined beauty, modesty, virginity, passion, pride) / The Wilds
Shelby took the razor to her head and with every bushel of hair that fell, it felt like another doctrine, another shackle that was holding her back was removed. Purity, virginity, modesty, piety all the lies finally fell away. She was free. (240 characters)
4. Xerographica Tilandsia (dreamer) / Legends of Tomorrow
Zari had always been too realistic to be a dreamer, having seen too many dreams die. But when her alter ego showed up in the totem and told her her family was still alive, she realized that sometimes, even the wildest dreams can come true. (239 characters)
5. Bird of Paradise (joy and paradise) / The 100
Her whole life Hope had thought Skyring was paradise. It had to be, because of the joy it brought her to plant things, to listen to aunt Octavia's stories. But the day came when it all crashed down and she learned her paradise was a prison. (240 characters)
6. Anemones (anticipation) / Leverage
One of Sophie's favorite things about a con was the anticipation. Before, having a perfect plan, knowing exactly what would happen, during, when inevitably improvisation was necessary, and after, the mark slowly realizing they were had. (236 characters)
7. Hydrangea (gratitude for being understood) / Legends of Tomorrow
Looking at the drawing, at Oliver and Laurel, the two people she had lost but who were still in her heart, Sara genuinely smiled for the first time since Ollie died. "Thank you". Behrad just nodded and Sara was thankful he understood. (234 characters)
8. Carnation (pride and beauty) / Legends of Tomorrow
There was never an exact way for Charlie to choose her next face. This one, the picture on the tube, she had a beautiful smile but what really drove the decision home was the pride in her eyes. That was something Charlie would always value. (240 characters)
9. Heather (good luck, protection, admiration) / Legends of Tomorrow
As a child, Amaya thought that the Anansi Totem meant her family would always have good fortune and protection. She admired the confidence her mother exuded wielding it, being sure nothing bad could ever befall her tribe. How wrong she was. (240 characters)

1. Dahlias (dignity, elegance, good taste) / Legends of Tomorrow
Being thrust into a world of fame and fortune but also vultures and backstabbers at a very young age, Zari learned quickly that dignity and elegance were the only ways to be heard, to keep from becoming irrelevant. So she excelled at both. (239 characters)
2. Statice (success, sympathy, remembrance) / The Wilds
After Quinn's death, Nora needed something to channel her feelings into, something to do. Making the scrapbook, collecting all the things she loved about Quinn, the ways in which he had been unique, precious, helped clear her thoughts. (235 characters)
3. Bouvardia (enthusiasm) / Legends of Tomorrow
Gideon had always liked being with Rip, but she couldn't deny that her enthusiasm was higher with the Legends and Sara as her Captain. Something about them, their simple joy at being here, screwing things up for the better, was infectious. (239 characters)

For Rachel, water was only ever a means to an end, to fulfill her dream of the Olympics, her one way to get her parents to see her, to be unique. But now, standing here, splashing around, she saw for the first time how much fun it could be.

Agnes' life had always been a bit boring and part of her had always wanted adventures, wishing she was brave enough to make changes, do more. But now that she had been thrust into all of this, she wished she could slow down, be bored again. (240 characters)
6. Lisianthus (gratitude, charm, everlasting bond) / Leverage
Tara knew she owed a debt of gratitude to Sophie, she did, but if it wasn't for their bond of friendship that was one of the strongest she had ever experienced and for Sophie's charm, she would walk away from this job as fast as she could. (239 characters)
7. Calla Lilies (marriage, major life transition) / Dark Matter
Waking up on a ship, with strangers staring at her, not remembering anything at all, not even her own name, Five (or so they called her) knew her life had just completely and irrevocably changed. Whether for the good or bad she didn't know. (240 characters)
8. Delphinium (lightheartedness, vivacity) / Stranger Things
Robin had never been one to take life too seriously or to sit still and think things through. She'd rather do things, solve puzzles, take whatever life threw at her. Even stuck in a retail job, she always found ways to liven up the place. (238 characters)

Kuasa wondered why her grandmother seemed surprised that she came to fight with the Legends, but when they had vanquished the evil and were celebrating, her bright smile reassured her that everything was exactly how it was supposed to be. (238 characters)

1. Anthurium (hospitality, kindness) / Arrow
Nanda Parbat and Ra's Al Ghul were not known for their hospitality or their kindness. Not at all. But when Nyssa found the girl half dead on the beach of that island, she knew bringing her there would be the only way to safe her life. (234 characters)
2. Snapdragons (graciousness) / Star Trek Picard
Raffi had tried to harden herself, harden her heart, but then Picard had to come back and worse, bring others with him who exuded the same innocence and naivety and her resolve crumbled, her inherent kindness and generosity winning out. (237 characters)

Looking at Hazel inspecting everything in the engine, touching things, her eyes sparking with joy and innocence somehow made Ameila feel like maybe, just maybe, she could find joy in her life again too. Maybe she could still start anew. (236 characters)

Nebula had been cold for so long. Every time a new component was added, the cold got deeper, all encompassing. But when Gamora, a Gamora she barely knew, stretched out her hand towards her, somehow, for the first time, she felt warm. (233 characters)

It was always the same pattern. Mick and Ava came at some point, spent some time with Lita and then disappeared again. And Ali appreciated it, she did, but she also was the one to console her daughter after they had left again. Like always. (240 characters)

Taking care of her appearance, her outfits, her body, knowing that she looked beautiful meant more for Fatin than just having a lot of admirers knocking on her door. It was the one thing that was truly hers, that she had chosen for herself. (240 characters)

Parker was always happiest hanging from a rope, knowing she was about to accomplish something impossible, that nobody had done before. The thrill that came with knowing she was the best was the purest, sweetest feeling she could imagine. (237 characters)

Not having anyone to fight anymore, finally being at peace, Earth being their sanctuary, took some getting used to for all of them, especially for Indra. But eventually, she relaxed into the knowledge of being safe and being simply happy. (238 characters)

Fen had always seen magic and witchcraft as something useful but pretty superfluous. When she was still a FU Fighter, she had even resented it. But now, standing here, helping to create a new world, she finally saw the true beauty in magic. (240 characters)
