Ch.14: Advent Calendar 202

Day 1: Activity: Try and touch your ceiling without any help.
You mean, without human help? Okay, I used a broom. ;)

Day 2:
Activity: Get outside.
Been to work, so... done. :)

Food/Drink: Eat some vegetables!
My favourite cabbage with carrot salad (without dill).



Day 3: Activity: Dance silly to a song.
I danced to a silly song. :)

Day 5: Self-Care: Ten mins of breathing/meditation.
Done while listening to Vivaldi's "Winter".

Day 6: Activity: Take a walk around and look at holiday lights.
I love Christmas light decorations in my city. :)

Made my favourite version of pizza: with mushrooms!

Used my phone app for coloring... a different page. Hope it's okay.



Day 11: Activity: Get up early and take a 20 min walk.
Took a walk to the next bus stop.

Only death can stop me from dancing, so done! Except squating, that is.

Day 18: Self-Care: Watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNw8V_Fkw28
I think I've seen this video before... Anyway, it's cute.

Day 20: Self-Care: Listen to soft music.
Here
Basically laying in bed and napping to music.

Day 22: Food/Drink: Healthy breakfast.
Boiled eggs. That's healthy, right?

Couldn't do this, so instead I did that:

This was supposed to be on 12th, but I always make cheesecake on Christmas' Eve (even as sick I was this year - took me the whole day), so I transferred it here.

How To Train Your Dragon: Homecoming.
I had no idea there's was another dragon movie about Toothless! Now I have to find it!!!

Day 27: Food/Drink: Read at least 2 at https://foodhero.org/monthly.
Read about things I love to eat: mushrooms, blueberries, cabbage.
I must say I really like that site. :)



Self-Care: 20 mins of reading.
Mistborn: The Hero of Ages by Bradon Sanderson. Boy, this guy really like to spread-write a lot.



Day 29: Self-Care: Drink 2L of water.
My fever came and go, so I drank even more for over 10 days.
