Description: I went with a very literal theme: Autumn/Fall is a season that runs from September to December, so I went looking for songs with the autumn months names in it. I was honestly a little surprised just how many songs there were that had one of the month names in the title - Google came up with over 100 songs that I had to whittle down to 8 (or 12, as it happens). I tried not to mix the genres too much to have a more uniform sound, but there are a few outliers (like SZA) to give it a bit of variety. Most of the songs deal with heartbreak or loss - I guess it's a gloomy season and that mood lends itself to this kind of song.
