That's his senior picture from the NSHS '97 yearbook. There are a bunch of pictures of him in there that I'll try to scan tomorrow, but having librarians breathing down my back is never fun...
I did discover that the picture of the basketball player that you can see on the page opposite Jim's picture in the yearbook in E-Mail Surveillance is an actual picture of JK from his senior year. It was on the basketball team's page.
Also, JK did no drama in high school. The only thing he did was the senior play. That's pretty weird...
B.J. Novak, on the other hand, was featured in the Theatre section of the yearbook and did lots of plays, at least that's what I'm lead to understand.
(I get to see Dock Boy in like an hour! Excited!)
