Here's what I've learned in the short time I've been here.
1.) The city's name: Paixao.
2.) This is an "electronic journal" and it has "everything I need". Right...
3.) The locals here must have the same parents (that's a disturbing thought), because they all look like each other.
4.) Said locals don't like being asked too many questions about this place. Very helpful.
5.) There's very little in the way of technology, which could explain why my communicator refuses to work.
From taking care of a couple of kids to being stranded in a foreign place, wonderful. At least my powers haven't been affected. But somehow, things will probably get worse before they get better.
