I am updating solely for the reason that I have nothing to do for the next 20 minutes before my class starts. You have been warned.
This saturday I did a habitat for humanity workday with mo at some schoolyard. We cut felt, laid pipes, shoveled gravel, and pulled weeds. I got a sunburn. In February. The night before we had gone to an engineer's mixer which was pretty stupid. It had the effect of just making me really tired for the rest of the day.
Saturday afternoon Jill called me because she stole a car, so we watched the sunset at the lawrence hall of science and then went bowling in albany. I actually don't suck as much at bowling as I thought I did; or at least I was really lucky.
Sunday I did homework. Woo. Also played some frisbee and went grocery shopping.
Monday I woke up at 6 to go to a greenhouse in richmond to help with a nitrification research project that I was hired to help with temporarily. The days are long but there aren't many of them and I get paid $11.48 an hour without any taxes getting taken off.
Today Jill is going to buy me la burrita for lunch because I paid for her bowling shoes. I am excited.
Not much else is happening until friday when I have a bio midterm, berkeley scientific journal meeting, and lab work. But then it's basically march. And you know what that means. Oh yes. Birthday, Saint Patrick's Day, and Mexico. That's right.
