The Worst of 2006:
One word = Longs
also some bad roommate situations
The person that I have lost the most touch with over the course of this year is Tom Morgenstern. I've gotten to know Lauren "Cool" (I always forget her real last name because that's what it's written as in my cell phone), Jenna, and of course Mo better. I miss having a band and a meaningful friendship with Tom, but some things are bound to happen. On the other hand, I think I would be dead if Mo wasn't so level-headed. He's pulled me out of the quicksand of about 3 breakdowns... 2 of which had direct correlation with longs (my arch nemesis of the year).
I look forward to hopefully planning a tahoe trip (it doesn't have to be productive or even eventful... as long as I can spend some time with my eccentric friends), spring break in san diego/mexico, finding a new job and possible internship, and maybe starting to DJ some more.
I applied for my passport even though my Germany plans were shot down because you never know when you're going to have to escape the country. So I may have gotten my passport for the sole purpose of getting drunk in Rosarito. Oh well.
This year my goal is to become less bitter and otherwise jealous of others. Running with Christine and VJ has been fun and I'd like to do it more but I know that once we go back to school the motivation will be lost.
Ah, I am so thankful for my friends. Even if they are sometimes hopped up on vicodin or emotionally and physically unavailable.
