Stiff and sore as he might be, work never really stops for the cook of Holloway's Keep.
Stubbornly, Joe continues to hobble around, thankful that Yuna healed him to a degree and that he's able to move decently. There's a chair by his main work area for him to rest on when he tires, but thus far he's yet to really use it. There is too much to be done, and so little time to do it.
Lining the benches and stoves are various pots and cutting boards, plucked chickens waiting to be turned into something delicious. Fresh vegetables from the garden are stocked on the side, washed and ready for slicing and dicing and whatever else. It's safe to say Joe is preparing for something.
Just outside the door, a pig roasts on a spit, filling the kitchen with smells of all things delicious.
