What: A little meeting for anyone who wants to get some tutoring on how to control their powers, or just to meet other people with powers.
When: Today (Saturday), in the afternoon
Where: The Chapel, for starters. People are free to move elsewhere, especially if they want a more open space to experiment with

Well. Who should make his merry way into the chapel but the good professor himself? Walking in like he owns the place, and surveying the gathered people skeptically.

Were there really that many mutants in this place?

Logan nods a greeting. That's all he's got right now, sorry Professor. He's grumpier now than when they started. So he's just gonna stand here and look mad.

In response to that nod, Logan receives an honest smile in response. It's good to see the other man hasn't gotten himself into any sort of trouble again. At least, not yet.

"You seem a bit perturbed. More so than usual, if I may say."

"That obvious, huh?"

That giant 'fuck off' he's got stamped on his forehead probably is not helping.

"What're you doin' here, Wheels? Thought you didn't remember having a school." See he's trying not to be irate, that's a plus right?

"Painfully so, I'm afraid."

He merely shrugs in response, surveying the crowd as if Logan's attitude were all smiles and sunshine, instead of the gruff irritation.

"I'm not quite sure you'd understand, if I were to tell you."

As long as no more people he likes gets hurt, then Logan'll get over this. Eventually. Maybe. If we're lucky. The men in his family are pretty big on revenge.

"Try me."

"... I feel as if I'm obligated to," he admits, as nonchalantly as possible. "You see, it's... hard to explain. It was something of an idea of mine to begin such a thing back home, once we'd concluded our business..."

But now he'd been beaten to the punch. And he wasn't quite sure how to take it.

"But you did."

Well at least one version of you did. Logan saw it with his very own eyes. It was fascinating in a way. Maybe if things had been different for Logan, he would've ended up there.

"And it's not a bad idea." High praise coming from this one.

"Did I?"

He actually sounds surprised by that. Maybe it meant things turned out for the better. Maybe they actually had a chance.

"Well, I'll take that as a compliment, thank you."

"Sure. Giving those kids a place to go. They need it."

And he means it.

"Even if some of them are kind of. Special."

He chuckles, actually smiling at the compliment. Slightly backhanded though it was.

"Now you're just padding my ego, my friend."

"Hello, Professor." It's kind of weird to call this guy Professor. Same name and powers aside, they just... don't quite match up.

Logan mentioned that Charles may be looking into this Shalnark guy and asked Scott to keep an eye on him, so that's whats foremost on his mind right now, besides managing this mini-school thing.

He looked up. Yes, up. He'd never been the tallest individual there ever was, and individuals in the keep kept right on proving that.

"Ah, hello." He smiled, pleasantly. "Scott, yes? I have you to thank for this entire endeavor?"
