Had a short discussion with some friends. A said something like,
"I'm a tiny person, and my band consists of guys half a metre taller and thirty kilos of muscle heavier. And like I have something to prove, I always choose the heaviest piece of equipment to carry when we set up for a gig."
And she went on to say that she's finally reached enough maturity to realize she's *allowed* to let stronger boys carry heavier things. I just thought it was funny, she and I and Sara, the same type. I mean, I know there are girls who like people to do things for them. I just don't know any. We have the problem that we want to do everything ourselves and don't ask for help.
Just as I have a little bit of trouble relating alltogether when that other side go Men! and Be happy you're single! because the guys I know, they're really good people, and whatever faults they have, being sexist or petty like that isn't one of them.
But let's get back to the fact I still don't have a home. Gimme an apartment already, stupid people!
In the meantime, some cool interior design pics.
I love this marriage of Dr Watson and White Hunter, Black Heart. :)
The wood in the ceiling and the stone floor. Wow.
Leaves. Leaves! What a brilliant idea.
I'm so sick of white bathrooms.
Hehehe, what fun! Why be boring?
I love the hanging of the frames.
Shadows are so underrated!
Turquoise! So irreverant and whimsical, I adore it.
The light on the little table, like an altar. Exquisite.
Hello and welcome to my kitchen.
