The following is an email I just sent to Apple iTunes support :-
----------------
Sorry to bother you again, but I just discovered the following application in the Canadian app store by Method Apps called Exodus International, which is a "gay cure" app that pretends to help gay people by telling them that their behaviour is wrong and needs to be changed. I'd be fine if this app were only available in the US, but it does not belong in the Canadian app store, where homosexuals have the same rights as heterosexuals (even the right of marriage), and I am shocked that this got explicit approval by Apple. More information on why I find this app discriminatory is here:

I will very likely consider getting an Android with their open app market instead if this app continues to be available in Canada, where it goes against section 15 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_Fifteen_of_the_Canadian_Charter_of_Rights_and_Freedoms. I am in particular shocked that it got an age restriction of only 4+ when many gay finder apps such as Grindr are listed as 17+ in the Canadian app store.
What is Apple doing to ameliorate this problem?
