My life

May 02, 2010 00:06

It was only after a three hour walk and a respite at a Starbucks on Church Street in Toronto that I received the epiphany that I'd unknowingly been looking for: this is my life and I can do whatever I want and make whatever choices I feel like. There are no mistakes. This is my life: I am accountable to no one.

Yep, for sure. Obvious, maybe, but I feel a lot more confident now.

Well, yeah, but this isn't about being myself, which I've always been (it's kinda hard not to be, really). It's about not worrying about making the wrong choices, or having to be accountable to anyone else.

It's great when we grow ... and it's also great when we see/hear about a friend's growth! You matter, Keenan !

Yep - We're all doing well up here. Sandra and I spent 3 weeks in Chile in February - leaving just 2 days before the 'quake'.
Chris and Glen are doing well - life unfolds.
